THE RESTAURANT:
With comfortable seating for 100 people, the Restaurant will offer fine dining experience at a reasonable price. It will feature a very distinctive pan-Asian/fusion menu created and designed by renowned chef Rolando Laudico (Bistro Filipino). The dining area will have its own separate sound system and DJ, spinning chillout house favorites at an easy-listening level. The Restaurant will be an area suitable for people with discerning culinary taste and those who would like to have conversations during dinner or late nibbles, yet not that detached from the excitement that is going on in the Dance Club, which is the high-energy area of the main level. A spacious and uniquely-designed Bar is also an interesting feature of the Dining area; the perfect spot to lounge after work, enjoying a cocktail while waiting for friends or for a table or before heading into the party atmosphere at the Dance Club. Signature Cocktails will be offered in the Drinks Menu. Diners will also get to enjoy an unobstructed view of the Fort Strip, and Global City.
